OBERLAND is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our growing Account Management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong agency experience who is passionate about purpose-driven marketing and excited to help lead integrated work across a dynamic portfolio of clients.
The Senior Account Executive will support multiple accounts while serving as a key day-to-day partner to clients and internal cross-functional teams. Working closely with a Group Account Director, this individual will help manage projects across Strategy, Creative, Production, and Project Management disciplines while ensuring seamless communication, operational excellence, and high-quality execution.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, collaborative, and capable of balancing both strategic thinking and detailed project management in a fast-paced agency environment.

Client & Account Management
Support Group Account Directors in managing day-to-day client relationships and communications.
Participate actively in client meetings with professionalism, preparation, and strategic thinking.
Help ensure alignment between client expectations and internal team execution.
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal agency stakeholders.
Project Management & Operations
Manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows across multiple projects and accounts.
Coordinate integrated campaigns spanning TV, digital, social, experiential, print, and OOH channels.
Prepare status reports, contact reports, meeting notes, and other client-facing materials.
Monitor project progress to ensure milestones are achieved on time, on budget, and at a high level of quality.
Support scheduling, staffing coordination, and resource management efforts.
Financial & Administrative Management
Track project hours, budgets, estimates, and external costs against approved scopes.
Maintain accurate project and financial information within agency systems.
Assist with budget development, invoicing, billing reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Generate recurring financial and operational reports for agency leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, and Project Management teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
Facilitate clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.
Provide thoughtful feedback and help identify solutions to operational or project challenges.
Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses, industries, and marketing objectives.

Support the Account Director on day-to-day client activities and internal/external communications.
Heavy involvement in a variety of work streams focusing on TV, experiential, print/OOH, digital and social.
Assist with scoping, scheduling and resource management across multiple agency accounts.
Prepare status reports and contact reports.
Ensure that day-to-day tasks and milestones for each assigned project are met on time and on budget.
Generate weekly financial reports for the Agency leadership.
Monitor progress of marketing campaigns from initial concept through completion.
Develop strong relationships with clients across various disciplines, business areas and regions throughout the organization, as well as agency counterparts on the Creative, Strategy Project Management and Production teams.
Study the business categories of the clients to become a subject matter expert.
Overall, the role of the Account Executive is to support the team and help the business run smoothly.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–5 years of experience in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Keynote, and project management tools.
