OBERLAND and e.l.f. discovered the cold, hard facts behind U.S. corporate board inequity and decided to call on business leaders and the wider community to “Change The Board Game” and put more women and diverse candidates on boards with impactful spots and resources.
OBERLAND created impactful “Serving Facts” spots with legendary tennis star and equity advocate Billie Jean King who picks up her racket to launch fact-filled tennis balls at an in-progress board meeting. King calls on U.S. business leaders and wider community to “Change The Board Game” and put more women and diverse candidates on corporate boards. The spots were developed alongside a punchy animated “Better Board” video with powerful, proprietary statistics encouraging people to join the movement.
