Uber is committed to being a leader in helping prevent sexual assault and domestic violence alongside of their partners at No More. However, there is more to do to continue to reduce incidents in our communities. In Q4 2018 and Q1 2019, we began targeting the trend of sexual assaults facilitated by intoxication through a coordinated initiative with law enforcement, local experts, and local businesses in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. In May of 2019, we launched this message on a national level starting with DC, Seattle and Philadelphia. We all have a role to play in preventing sexual assault.
Stand up, don’t stand by.
The campaign launch was so well received that Uber is taking the campaign global. By creating a customizable online toolkit, partners from all over the world will now be able to take part in this campaign.
“It is rare to find an agency that can do breakthrough creative work that can also help raise awareness and change behaviors around complicated societal issues. OBERLAND does it with ease. Due to the strong work on this first campaign together, we are excited to bring OBERLAND on to help drive Uber's safety brand narrative strategy.”
